Submissions relating to experiences as a child of divorce must be written and submitted by the individual themselves once they are over 18. By submitting content, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to provide consent.
Story Submissions
When you submit a story, comment, or testimonial to Birds Flyin’, you confirm that:
- The content is your own original work or you have full permission to share it.
- The content does not knowingly infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of another person.
- You understand that your submission may be edited for clarity, length, grammar, safeguarding, or anonymity while preserving the meaning of your story.

Before submitting your story to birds flyin’, you confirm the following:

☐ I confirm that this story is my own personal experience, or that I have full legal authority to share it.
☐ I understand that birds flyin’ may edit my submission for clarity, length, safeguarding, or anonymity without changing the meaning.
☐ I grant birds flyin’ permission to publish and share my story on its website, social media platforms, and awareness materials.
☐ I understand that once my story is shared publicly, it may be reshared by third parties beyond Birds Flyin’s control.
☐ I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time, but content already published or shared publicly may not be fully retrievable.
☐ I confirm that any references to children relate only to experiences I am sharing as an adult (18+).
☐ I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Birds Flyin’.
Submission cannot proceed unless all boxes are ticked.
